Clubhouse Collector
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use Clubhouse Collector at clubhousecollector.com or in the Clubhouse Collector iPhone app (together, the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Clubhouse Collector is a free tool for keeping track of the golf courses you’ve played. The website is supported by advertising; the iPhone app shows no ads. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if that is higher) to sign in, and we ask for your date of birth before you create an account. The site isn’t directed at children under 13. See our Privacy Policy.
Course names, locations, types (public, semi-private, private), hole counts, notes, ratings, metro areas, distances and drive times come from open map data, from our own research, and in some cases from our best estimates. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. In particular:
We aren’t responsible for fees, wasted trips or turned-away rounds that result from relying on the site.
You can use most of the site without an account. If you sign in with Google, your list of played courses is saved to our database so it syncs between your devices. We work to keep it safe, but we can’t promise it will never be lost, so don’t treat it as your only record. You are responsible for your own device and Google account. To delete your data, see the Privacy Policy.
If you publish a public passport page, you are responsible for the handle and display name you choose. They must not be offensive, misleading or someone else’s name or brand. We may remove or rename a page that breaks these terms, and anyone can report a page using the link at the bottom of it.
Please don’t:
We may limit or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
The course list is available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Your use of that data is governed by that license, not by these terms. The Open data page explains what it requires and has the credit line to use. Map tiles, satellite imagery and map outlines belong to their providers, aren’t part of the open dataset, and carry the credits shown on the map and on the About page.
Apart from the open data and the open-source software we use, the site’s design, code, text, logo and name belong to Clubhouse Collector. Please don’t copy them without permission. If you send us a correction, suggestion or report, you give us permission to use it to improve the site and its data, including adding corrections to the open dataset.
Course, club and organization names appear only to identify real places. Clubhouse Collector is an independent project and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their trademarks belong to their owners.
The site shows ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. We don’t control or endorse the advertisers. If you follow a link to another website, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
Some links are affiliate links (marked “ad” or described as sponsored). If you book or buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change which courses we list or how we describe them.
The site uses services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase, our web host, and map and imagery providers. Their own terms apply to their services. We may change providers at any time.
Purchases (if Pro is offered). Pro is sold by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad), and their terms, taxes and refund rules apply to your purchase. The price, and whether it is a one-time purchase or a subscription (including how often it renews and how to cancel), are shown right next to the purchase button before you buy. A license key is for your own use. We may switch a key off if the purchase is refunded or the key is misused. The features described as free stay free.
The iPhone app. If you download the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Clubhouse Collector, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn’t responsible for handling any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms as they relate to the app and may enforce them.
THE SITE AND ITS INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DON’T PROMISE THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE OR ACCURATE.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or injury arising from your use of the site (golf and travel carry their own risks), and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, except where the law of your home country or state gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Questions about these terms, or a copyright concern about something on the site: [email protected]. To report a mistake in the course data, use the report form.
